You can search for properties using multiple criteria including beds, baths, square feet, price, amenities, neighborhood, and many more Rentumi.com lists apartments, houses, and parking spots for rent in addition to subleases. When you arrive at the site your first step is to enter the city in which you want to live. The following results can be narrowed down by search terms that are listed on the left. Each search term will refresh the results and allow you to choose your perfect property!

If there are no listings in a certain city, do not worry! The site is relatively new and hundreds of listings are being put up every day. Check back soon!
How do I contact the listing originator if I am interested in the property?
After you have searched for a property, you can click on any listing to find out more details. At the top of each property listing, “Contact Information” gives you the name and phone number of the person to contact. You may also send them an e-mail by using the “Send E-Mail” link.
Why don't you offer a reward for finding an apartment through your site?
Our goal is to provide a search utility that keeps costs low for everyone. Comparable rental search sites offer monetary rewards up to $100, but they charge property managers $375 per listing. We want Rentumi.com to be the most complete resource for finding a rental property and most people are not willing to spend so much on a listing. Therefore, lower fees equals more listings, which equals happy users!
